The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak is creating many health and service challenges,
as we all do our best to keep ourselves safe and healthy.
We thus wanted to update all of our customers on the steps we are taking to continue to provide our customers with 100% clean and safe products.
We are open for service and shipping products, but we are not allowing customer pick-ups.
1. We have closed our headquarters to customers during this time.
Instead, while we are now open 24 hours and 5 days a week, but we are ONLY shipping products.
However, to abide by the social distancing mandate and to keep our customers and employees 100% healthy,
we will not be open for pick-ups. You must also get a Return Authorization Number for ALL returns.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of open products, under any circumstances.

2. We are wearing extra hazmat gear. If you have ever visited our headquarters,
you know that we have ALWAYS work cloves, aprons and hair nets.
However, now 100% of our employees are wearing face masks.
We have also purchased disposable over garments that are placed over our regular uniforms
so that we can discard them at the end of each work shift.
We are using proper sanitation.
3. While we have ALWAYS washed our hands thoroughly,
we now have mandatory scrub ins (like you see surgeons do, before surgery).
These mandatory scrub-ins happen every hour, to make sure that we are constantly cleaning, as well as maintaining best practices that provide you with clean and safe products.

This will ensure that our air quality remains pure and that we are preparing products in the safest and cleanest environment, while also making sure that our employees (who prepare your products) remain healthy!
We will need 72 extra hours to deliver your packages to either UPS, USPS or FedEx

5. ALL orders will be picked up by our private shipping courier and delivered to either UPS, USPS or FedEx. Moreover, prior to the Coronavirus pandemic, all orders were in transit within 24 business hours of pick-up. However, due to the pandemic, our private shipping couriers will need
72 business hours in order to sort, scan and deliver each package to either UPS, USPS or FedEx.
As soon as your order is picked up by our private up by our private shipping couriers, you will receive tracking.
Your order will then be delivered to UPS, USPS or FedEx after 72 business hours of sorting.
Therefore, do NOT panic if your order is not showing in transit for 72 business hours.
It WILL be in transit, in the 72 business hours.
Thus stated, please plan for your order to take 3 business days longer than usual -- without exception.
Also, when counting your days until shipment, please began your count a full 24 hours after the order is placed.
We will NOT be processing RUSH orders during this time, for any reason.
SPECIAL NOTICE ON UPS SHIPMENTS:
Please note that UPS has suspended guarantees for ALL forms of UPS shipments,
including ground service, next day, 2-day etc. Therefore some packages have arrived a day later than expected. Therefore, although UPS may state that a package will be in transit and arrive on one day, it could be delivered a day later. As per UPS's policy, we have no control over this any shipments that arrive later than scheduled. Please visit their website to view this policy:

If you cannot wait the extra days, please do not place an order, as we will need to adhere to the foregoing guidelines -- without exception -- in order to best serve each customer.

their day spas, shops, department stores, casino boutiques or headquarters.
To ensure proper delivery of your orders,
please make sure that your address is correct when you make your purchases.
Please note that we will only ship to the address listed on your receipt.
Therefore, please double-check to make sure that we are given the correct address.
We will NOT be shipping to an address other than the one listed on your receipt.
To ensure 100% correct delivery of your orders, we MUST adhere to the foregoing
guidelines -- without exception -- in order to best serve each customer.
Lastly, during this time of the Coronavirus outbreak, if you have any suggestions on how to better serve you,
we welcome your suggestions. We will resume pick-ups after the Coronavirus outbreak has passed.
